The History Department's first Colloquium of the Academic Year will be on Friday September, 25. It will take place in the History Common Room from 2:00-4:00 pm.

Adam Polk is a PhD student in the History Department at UNM. He has a background in History and Geography. His dissertation, with the current working title of “Regionalization in Early Modern Europe: The Case of Poitou, France,” uses the Poitou region to conduct a regional study inspired by the traditions of the Annales school.
