The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History has invited Dr. Taylor Spence to be a Lead Scholar at a weekend teaching seminar in Tempe, Arizona serving high school history teachers entitled, Our Constitution.

Taylor will explore the historical meaning of the U.S. Constitution for those Americans existing outside of the political community envisioned in the nation's founding documents, particularly Indigenous Peoples.
